Phase one includes the construction of a new multipurpose building on the church's new 41-acre site. The contemporary building space will become home for the church’s fellowship hall, contemporary worship services, children's ministries, and education space. The concept of the Gathering will provide a warm lodge-like lobby space with inviting earth-tone finishes and natural light provided from the window space with scenic views of the Smoky mountains.

Future phases will expand the worship center to allow for proposed seating to increase in the space from 650 to 1500 in worship and more than double the education space. There will be a bookstore, administrative facilities and a Family Life Center. Nearby on the property will be retirement facilities for senior adults to provide convenient access to fellowship activities. For future youth community activities a school is planned with ball fields and a youth camp with cabins.
