“In listening to our clients, I strive to understand not only their needs but their desires for the future regarding growth, sustainability, and endurance.” Over the years, Terry has managed some of our largest and most complex projects.

He is a principal and a seasoned leader for projects of a variety of building types extending through healthcare, education, and religious. He is well versed in every discipline of architectural design, and has lead clients through the master plan process using keen insight, thoughtfulness to detail, and collaboration.

The facilities he designs are welcoming, strategically planned, and highly functional. He also is known for his significant involvement on major renovation and addition projects. He has a strong sensitivity to the contextual relevance of a project and to new developments on green field sites.

As the managing principal for the Engineering department, he provides creative oversight that incorporates firm-wide collaboration. Specializing in client management, he consistently provides design solutions that meet program needs on time and within budget.

His familiarity with building systems provides the knowledge needed to design educational classrooms, laboratory spaces, recreational and auditorium facilities. Specializing in design detail and client management, he provides design solutions that meet program needs on time and within budget.
