As an architect, planner, designer, and strategic project leader, Paul specializes in evidence based health care design. His experience includes master planning, new construction, and renovation. He is known for his highly creative and professional approach to project management and design.

As an award-winning architect, Paul Stegenga has worked nationally on a variety of healthcare and senior housing project types. His extensive experience, especially in master planning has placed him in a position where he interacts with major clients for the Atlanta-based architectural firm of CDH Partners, Inc.

He is a company principal, a strategic project leader, designer, and planner who specialized in evidence based healthcare design. His experience includes master planning, new construction, and renovation. He is known for his ability to communicate across all lines of architectural disciplines.

For more than 20 years, he has successfully coordinated the different phases of project development. He is known for his highly creative and professional approach to project management. He sincerely cares about the people he serves; and as a highly engaged architect, one of his main goals is to collaborate closely with the communities surrounding the facilities he helps to design.

Paul approaches each project with the client’s perspective in mind. He is a trusted professional whose enthusiastic designs have led to national recognition, especially within the transformational healthcare arena. He has a keen ability to bring key individuals together focusing the right resources in the right direction in order to move a client’s vision from dream to reality.
