The cornerstone of design is found in addressing a holistic approach including mind, body, and spirit of anyone using the facilities we design.

As a principal with many years of experience, Paulla is an award-winning leader in holistic design principles as well as evidence based design. Her work in the area of healthcare has been proven to advance the patient, employee, and visitor experience. She is highly skilled at maximizing environmental performance and operating efficiency. Her experience includes programming, space planning, development of facility standards, interior design and furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

Paulla has a comprehensive knowledge of design and directs a multidiscipline design team that is focused on creating unique environments along with meeting the goals and expectations of CDH clients. She has an extensive background in interior design and is known for her intuitive ability to produce designs that are well planned for space and quality. One of her main priorities is to create patient-focused environments in high performance buildings that exceed a client’s expectations.
