The East Tower doubles patient capacity for Rockdale Medical Center. The design team adopted the Planetree model for enhanced services of outpatient and inpatient care. Infrastructure improvements and a two level parking deck were also part of this expansion.

Complete women’s care is provided by the addition of a diagnostic suite and the expansion of the mother/baby unit. The new addition is inclusive of high-risk maternal management and an infant NICU unit. Comprehensive services are now available through the expanded medical and surgical Intensive Care units and private Acute Care units along with a new cafeteria, chapel, gift shop and boutique.
