A three phased Master Plan produced by CDH Partners for DeKalb Medical Center included a Medical Office Building Complex for the South Campus. Located on Hillandale Drive, the first office building provided physician suites, an outpatient center, central registration, computer support and telecommunications, classrooms and labs in Phase One.

Phase Two, a mirror of the first facility, expands the medical mall area. Phase Three includes an outpatient surgery center, twenty-four hour urgent/emergent center on the first floor of the building. The addition of the New South DeKalb Hospital completes the complex.
