This medical office building is near the campus of Wellstar Kennestone Hospital with unobstructed vistas of Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park. Developed by a private physicians group, the building includes an office suite for the building owner as well as office suites for lease to other physician groups. The building complex includes close proximity parking for patients and guests and separate physician and staff parking constructed beneath the building. The contemporary design incorporates unique architectural features for energy conservation, including super tinted window glazing.
