The main level addition expands the existing surgery facilities and relocates and enlarges the GI lab suite.  In planning for future growth provision was made for four additional surgical procedure rooms. One of these was built out in 2006.   

The second and third floors add 33 new patient rooms with the respective nursing stations. A large stair tower with expansive fenestration serves this new space and the next phase of development.  

The exterior is clad in brick allied with metal panels, accentuating the dedicated entry for this building. A large translucent canopy defines the entry with a soft luminous glow as daylight fades.
