Relocation and full development of New Covenant’s new site, planned by the CDH design team, was conceived as a multi-phased plan, allowing the church to build new space as needed. When fully developed, the site in addition to the proposed buildings, will also include green spaces, picnic areas, softball and soccer fields, a large pond and over 800 parking spaces. The planned phases provide for a Chapel, Children and Youth Center, Multipurpose Activity Center, Educational Center, Worship Center and a Motor Pool Garage. The plans will also include informal gathering spaces such as a coffee café, bookstore and information kiosks.
