CDH Partners master planned and designed Phase One of this church relocation. An arts and crafts motif was used to address the client’s request to create a retreat-like campus. This move allowed for such an opportunity since the new site is adjacent to a proposed 300-acre reservoir.  Phase One is a multi-purposed facility with a temporary sanctuary of 1100-seats that will serve as a future fellowship hall. Also included in this phase are educational facilities, three theaters and the final kitchen for serving the fellowship hall.
