CDH Partners was hired to do the master planning for Broadmoor Baptist Church when it was time to address the need for more space. The newly designed two-story building includes a new sanctuary on the lower level with 2500 seats, a 169-seat choir area, and a new choir rehearsal area. A large gathering space with a coffee bar and welcome center encourage casual interaction among guests and members and help newcomers orient themselves to the church. A new parlor, prayer room, and bookstore are also part of the newest building.
