Holy Spirit Catholic Church’s most recent phase of development of this site is the Chapel/Parish Hall addition. In this phase of campus development the existing chapel was razed to prepare for the new building.

The upper level includes a new parish hall, kitchen and 180-seat octagonal chapel entered at grade from the west face of the building. North of the new Parish Hall and Chapel building is the administrative building and to the south the church connects to the new building via a two story brick colonnade. The Romanesque Revival architectural detailing and matching brick blend the new building to the existing campus.
